Best Buddies Nigeria was established in Lagos, December 2018 and we are a chapter of Best Buddies International, thus we share its Vision and Mission statements. The organization is dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We are  an integral part of the global inclusion movement and we have adapted our models to local realities.
